Said sale will be an absolute auction held on site beginning at 12:00 PM.

PARCEL III – The 3.03 acre tract of land at 950 E. Lovelaceville-Florence Station Rd. as shown on Waiver of Subdivision for Eula, Melvin & Randall Hobbs in Plat Section “K”, p 490; of record in Deed Book 1139, p 233. Parcel III is less and except the 20’ access easement for ingress and egress from Randall Hobbs 1.2 acre tract shown on Plat Section “K”, p 490. Said easement shall run with the land and be an inseparable part of said 1.20 acre tract.

AUCTION TERMS: The following terms are in effect unless otherwise mentioned above: Properties are to be sold for cash or on credit of 30 days, with 15% down day of sale and purchaser being required to execute bond with approved surety per KRS 426.705. Credit sales will accrue interest at the rate of 12% per annum. The properties are located in McCracken County, and plat and deed books referred to herein are located in the McCracken County Clerk’s Office. Properties are to be sold free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and interest of all parties except as specifically noted. Purchaser shall be required to pay all taxes that become due against the property in 2011 and all subsequent years. Some sales may be cancelled, and any announcements made at the sale take precedence over printed matter contained herein. The Commissioner does not have access to the inside of the above-mentioned properties.
