The winning bidder will receive access to the unit immediately upon payment after auction close. Buyer will have three (3) days to remove ALL contents from the unit. Failure to remove entire contents and debris will result in daily storage fees. ($25.00 per day beyond 09/08/25) As an alternative option, the winning bidder may arrange to begin making monthly rental payments if they wish to keep the unit beyond the removal period.
